Skunivo separates platform roles from organization membership roles. The customer workspace uses organization membership roles to decide which actions a user can take inside an organization.

Organization owners can manage organization settings, members, invitations, inventory segments, API keys and webhook endpoints.

Members can work with operational inventory screens when their backend permissions allow the requested action. The UI may hide unavailable actions, but the backend always enforces access.

Owner-only areas include:

  • Organization profile and preferences.
  • Member management.
  • Invitations.
  • Inventory owners and channels.
  • API key creation, rotation, update and revocation.
  • Webhook endpoint creation, secret rotation and disabling.

Inventory actions should be treated as auditable operations. The app offers actions such as receive, adjust, fulfill, write off, return, reconcile, reserve and transfer instead of direct stock editing.
